Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using ClaSnap ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service Description

ClaSnap is a meal logging application for iPhone that allows you to:

Search and log ingredients and recipes from built-in food databases.
Track daily calories and macronutrients against a personal goal.
Attach optional photos to meal records.
View daily summaries and historical reports.
Create custom food entries with manual nutrition values.

Nutrition values are estimates derived from public and curated data sources. They may contain errors and should not be relied upon for medical purposes.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful personal meal logging purposes.
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
Not use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
Not misrepresent nutrition data generated by the App as professional medical advice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of meal data you enter.

Intellectual Property

The App's name, logo, user interface, code, food database compilations, and documentation are owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that nutrition data is accurate, complete, or suitable for any health condition. ClaSnap is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from your use of the App.

App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply.

使用规范

您同意：

仅将本应用用于合法的个人饮食记录。
不反向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码（法律允许除外）。
不利用本应用传播恶意软件、垃圾信息或有害内容。
不将本应用生成的营养数据冒充专业医疗建议。

您对所输入饮食数据的准确性与内容自行负责。

本应用的名称、标识、界面、代码、食物库汇编及文档归开发者所有，受著作权及其他知识产权法保护。未经授权不得复制、修改、分发或创作衍生作品。

本应用按「现状」和「可用性」提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权。

我们不保证营养数据的准确性、完整性或适用于任何健康状况。ClaSnap 非医疗器械，不用于诊断、治疗、治愈或预防任何疾病。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、利润或健康结果损失承担责任。

App Store 条款

您对 App 的使用亦受 Apple App Store 服务条款约束。Apple 不对 App 或其内容负责，亦无维护或支持义务。

服务变更

我们可随时更新、修改或停止功能。条款重大变更将在本页公布。继续使用即视为接受。

终止

您可随时卸载 App 停止使用。若违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止访问。

适用法律

本条款受开发者所在司法辖区适用法律管辖。您居住国强制性消费者保护法可能仍适用。
